Debby Campbell

Position: featured vocalist
Performing with Glen since 1987
Birthplace: Albuquerque, NM
Current Home: Peoria, AZ
When it comes to entertaining an audience, Debby Campbell has
learned from the best, her father Glen. Debby inherited more than
just Dad's good looks; she's developed into quite a singer in
her own right. But it wasn't until she got up the nerve to ask
him if she could sing with him at the Arizona State Fair in 1987
that he truly started to take her seriously. The audience loved
her voice, her stage appeal, and the easy camaraderie between
father and daughter.
In 1994 when Glen opened his Goodtime Theater in Branson, MO,
he asked Debby to become part of the show. She performed three
highly successful years at the theater and stayed on as a featured
vocalist in Glen's touring production. After Glen sings his opening
selection of hits, Debby takes the stage to cover classics from
Dusty Springfield to Karen Carpenter and Diana Ross to Trisha
Yearwood, depending on the audience. Then her father joins her
to perform some of hit duets from his own stellar career.
Debby moved back to Phoenix in 1996 and remarried in 2002.
Her three grown children have left the nest but she keeps busy with live performances, her granddaughter Morgan and her full time job as a flight attendant with U.S. Airways. Deb says "I love all the traveling and wouldn't change a thing;" and neither would the loyal audiences Debby has earned over the last 20 years performing with the Glen Campbell Show.

Bill Maclay
Position: Road Manager
Employed with Glen since 1978.
Birthplace: El Segundo, CA
Current home: Inland Empire
Background: I was born at a very young age in a Southern California
beach town that did not have a beach. Fortunately there was a sound
reinforcement company, so at the tender age of 15 I started my career
in show business. Becoming a Sound Engineer offered me a fabulous
opportunity to travel the world with a variety of entertainers. In
1978 I was ready to settle down, so I joined up with Glen. Sometime
during the early 80's I realized that I was a better administrator
than sound man and made the switch to Road Manager. I have truly enjoyed
the last 20 plus years with Glen, but if I were to do it all over
again I would be a Dentist, I could administer the same amount of
pain, and the hours would be shorter...
Personal Quote: Sleep is for wimps! |

like mixing 5 records for 5 Producers simultaneously" says the current
California Surf-Punk band member. His own band "the Ziggens" is finishing
their 7th record, which is eagerly anticipated by Glen's children
and grandchildren, plus six unnamed unemployed locksmith's just outside
